A.C.T.—Active Community Teens
Young adults, serving as members of the A.C.T. Board, plan special events and programs for teens, children, and adults in the Port St. John Area. The Board welcomes individuals interested in development of new programs and ideas. T.A.P.—Teen Advisory Program
High School Students’ Recreation Board Sponsored by Brevard County Parks and Recreation Department at middle and high schools in Central Brevard to organize teen activities and help students earn volunteer hours for School Credit and Bright Futures Scholarships. This program also offers teens career/college guidance as well as tutoring and mentoring.
To earn volunteer hours and get involved in the T.A.P Program, teens meet at their local middle and high schools to help develop activities and ideas for their community.
